We would like to offer our deepest apologies to you our esteemed clients for the unfortunate downtime and inconveniences you've experienced with regards our service delivery. This situation is not ordinary and deeply regretted,in that we hold your satisfaction as our utmost priority. We appreciate that you understand that mistakes sometimes happen despite the numerous checks and measures. We are very sorry that this happened but be rest assured it won’t happen again.
Though unforeseen circumstances played a part in the build up to the unfortunate event,this is clearly a mistake from our end and we take full responsibility for it.
