Lawsan elections gets new date, forms now on sale

The proposed Lawsan elections scheduled for this Friday has been moved to next week Wednesday 11th. The new date was announced by the association’s electoral body and duly communicated to us.

The reason for the postponement we gathered amongst others included few logistic issues which were yet to be put in place, granting ample time for electioneering campaigns and forms purchase by the aspirants as well as finalising plans for the election so a hitch free election will be conducted.

In another related development, forms for the different offices on offer are now on sale. The prices we gathered ranged between #3000 and #5000.

Aspirants are encouraged to take full advantage of this new development and also observe total compliance to the set rules of the elections.
