SRC replies LAWSAN over Moot Court

                       

Reactions still trails the clash between the SRC and LAWSAN Parliamentary. Campus Echoes caught up with the SRC Speaker, Hon. Francis, who exclusively revealed to us that the clash was just borne out of a little misunderstanding which will be resolved but told us clearly that the Moot Court is not LAWSAN property but a building belonging to the Faculty of Law and as such no party should claim it.

He informed Campus Echoes that the SUG

has the exclusive power over all associations on campus as clearly stated in the Constitution, and since the SRC is an arm of SUG; it, ideally, should be better placed to make use of any venue it so wish (abeg minus staff offices oooo) after proper notification.

Anyhow sha, the good tin be say na only clash dem clash, dem no trow blows, so make dem quickly resolve their matter so peace go reign.
