Is the amount for a single red card in this year’s Provost Cup too expensive?

The Provost Cup tournament is two days away and preparations are going on in full swing as both the organizers and also the participating teams are working round the clock to ensure that this year’s Provost Cup is hitch-free and a fair tournament.
