Brooklynites collabo to subscribe hostel DSTV

After much waiting for relevant bodies on campus to subscribe their hostel DSTV proved abortive, hostel residents in Brooklyn have co-operatively subscribed their hostel cable.

We gathered that that the residents contributed #100 each to raise the required funds for the subscription and as at yesterday the cable has been in function for over two days. The AFCON finals which was played Sunday night was even viewed right at the hostel’s common room.

Credit for the subscription must go to Comr. Sam Emezulu, hostel governor Dominion and the co-operative residents who made it possible. The common room is open to all students to come watch live matches, news, movies, documentary and a whole lot. Kudos to all Brooklynites.
