Are these familiar campus features?

You certainly should have gone past those eye-catching banners littered in almost every nook and cranny of campus, and the now common “I LOYAL OOH”, “I GREET YOU BROTHER”, “you know my matter now” and the many other salutations too many to put down, from those who you probably barely know. Just to chide you a little though, what could they all mean or are they just familiar features here on campus. Your guess is good as ours?
