April hands 400L law LAWSAN Cup in a controversial final

Today marked the end of the week’s long LAWSAN Cup which kicked-off Monday. The final which was played between 400L Law and 100L Law had the 400L team emerge as champions after a late penalty from our ever present and energetic Director of Social, April Osakwe, sealed off the win 2-1, to give his team the title.

The final, though wasn’t short of controversies, as complaints on the centre referee emanated from all angles. Most of the complaints were regards the officials answering phone-calls during the match as well as the penalty awarded which many felt wasn’t supposed to be.

All said and done, all cheers and encomium goes to 400L Law, the LAWSAN Cup winners.
